PEBA 95A is a high-performance 3D printing material that blends the mechanical toughness of Nylon with the exceptional elasticity of an elastomer. Its most defining characteristics, compared to standard TPU, are its superior energy return (rebound) and lightweight properties (low density), combined with the ability to maintain excellent flexibility and fatigue resistance even in extreme cold. Featuring exceptionally low hysteresis, PEBA snap-backs instantly after compression. While traditional EVA offers 50-60% energy return, PEBA reaches 70%+, efficiently converting impact into explosive kinetic energy.
