Raise3D Industrial PET CF is a carbon fiber-reinforced composite filament based on PET (Polyethylene terephthalate). Well-dispersed 15wt% carbon fibers enhance the rigidity, strength, heat, and chemical resistance of the PET matrix. After annealing, PET CF stabilizes its heat resistance at around 150ºC and tensile modulus and strength of over 6 GPa and 80 MPa respectively. Compared to carbon fiber-reinforced Nylon filament, the high printability, dimensional stability, high creep resistance, and low moisture absorption make PET CF an ideal choice for reliable carbon fiber composite printing for strong and cost-effective end-use applications, such as jigs. fixtures, functional parts.
2.5 kg filament allows for uninterrupted batch printing and continuous printing for large models. It is provided inside a sealed dry storage bag, and the filament outlet and shaft ensure the printer smoothly loads the filament while also keeping the filament dry.
Users can install the 2.5 kg filament directly inside the Raise3D RMF500 filament cartridges. For instructions on how to unpack and load this filament, please refer to the How to Unpack the 2.5 kg Filament Bag Manual.

*Due to the higher carbon fiber content of PET filaments, when printing PET CF, an extra wear-resistant nozzle and extrusion system are required for a consistent printing performance. The RMF500 is specially designed for printing high-performance fiber-reinforced composite filaments. As such, it is recommended to use the Raise3D Industrial PET CF filament exclusively on the RMF500.
