The ‘PPprint Printing-Kit for Raise3D E2’ enables simple, high-quality and reproducible 3D printing of polypropylene (PP) on the Raise3D E2 series. The printing kit consists of the 3d printing bed ‘P-surface 141‘ (330mm x 240mm), the adhesive film ‘P-adhesive 220’ (330mm x 240mm), the ‘P-roller 621’ for applying the 3d printing bed, the P-cutter, as well as the ‘P-wipe 515’ and the ‘P-cleaner 298’ for cleaning and maintenance of the ‘P-surface 141’.

Cleaning and maintenance of the ‘P-surface 141’: Before first use, wash out the ‘P-wipe 515’ thoroughly with lukewarm water. Shake ‘P-cleaner 298’ thoroughly before use. To clean the ‘P-surface 141’, apply enough of the ‘P-cleaner 298’ to evenly cover the entire surface when spread with a paper towel. After a short exposure time (approx. 1 minute), the ‘P-cleaner 298’ can be completely removed with a paper towel. Finally, the ‘P-surface 141’ should be wiped off with the moistened ‘P-wipe 515’. After use, rinse the ‘P-wipe 515’ in clear water, wring it out carefully and then pull it into shape. Do not dry the ‘P-wipe 515’ in the sun or on radiators.
