Raise3D Industrial PA12 CF Support Filament is a break-away support material specially developed for carbon fiber reinforced composite materials. It creates a stable support structure during the printing process, providing proper adhesion to printed surfaces and counteracting any tendency to warp. As such, it significantly improves overhang surface quality and the hollows of printed items. After a print is finished, the support structure can easily be removed or broken away from the printed parts. This support material has broad compatibility with many high-performance carbon fiber reinforced composite filaments and is more cost-effective when compared with water-soluble support material.

About the RFID version filament

This version comes with an RFID tag. When printed on the Pro3 HS Series 3D printers, the Pro3 HS Series RFID filament sensor can identify the filament type and verify the print parameters. However, this type of RFID-enabled filament can also be used on other compatible Raise3D 3D printers, even if the printer is not equipped with an RFID sensor.

Note：
1. It is recommended to use hardening steel nozzle, tungsten steel or ruby nozzle to avoid nozzle abrasion.
2. PA12 CF Support is sensitive to moisture and should always be stored and used under dry conditions
(relative humidity below 20%). 
3. Dry PA12 CF support in the oven at at 80°C for 6-8 hours before printing.
